Reece Sutphin, LHP, Akron

University of Akron LHP Reece Sutphin has signed to play the 2024 summer season with the Staunton Braves in the Valley Baseball League.

Sutphin was a two-time first-team, all-state selection at Hurricane H.S. in W. Va. He helped lead the team to the state championship in 2022 when he finished with a 9-0 record and a 1.24 ERA.
