Brett Walmsley, C, Delaware

The Staunton Braves have signed Delaware catcher Brett Walmsley to play this summer in the Valley Baseball League.

Walmsley was a first-team all-state pick and the conference Player of the Year at Conrad Schools of Science. He hit .395 for his high school career and is the school's all-time leader in home runs.
