CLINTON SET TO RETURN TO BRAVES WITH COLLEGE TEAMMATE

Chris Clinton, a 2009 member of the Staunton Braves, has signed a contract to return to the Braves in 2010 and this time he is bringing an Eckerd College teammate with him.

Clinton, a junior at Eckerd, had a stellar season for the Braves a year ago. He finished the year with a .318 batting average as the Braves starting centerfielder. He ranked among the league leaders in runs scored with 36 and stolen bases with 22.
