| LSU SENDS TWO TO STAUNTON | |

|
LSU, one of the top teams in the nation, will send two players to the Staunton Braves in 2010. Redshirt sophomore OF Johnny Dishon returns to the Braves after a stellar 2009 summer in the Valley Baseball League. Dishon was voted the second best prospect in the VBL in 2009 after displaying power and speed. Dishon hit just over .300 with five homers and was 21-for-21 in stolen base attempts. Joining Dishon in Staunton will be junior RHP Ben Alsup. Alsup made 15 appearances out of the bullpen for LSU last year and is expected to be a mainstay in the Tigers bullpen this spring.
