FIU TO SEND FOUR TO STAUNTON IN 2010
Florida International University will send four players to the Staunton Braves for the 2010 season. FIU will send pitchers Logan Dodds, Aaron Arboleya and Alberto Cardenas along with catcher Jose Behar.

Dodds, a junior righthander, was pitcher of the year in the Southern Conference during the 2009 season at Miami Dade College. He was a .2009 2nd team JUCO All American at Miami Dade and helped lead the team to the FCCAA Southern Conference Championship.

Arboleya, a sophomore righthander, was 2-0 with a 9.00 ERA in 16 appearances during his freshman season.

Cardenas, a freshman righthander, was selected by the Minnesota Twins in the 50th round of the 2009 MLB First-Year Player Draft. He was ranked the No. 137 best prospect in the country by PerfectGame.

Behar, a junior, batted .395 with four homeruns and 25 RBIs last season at Miami Dade College.
